QA/QC Introduction

We are committed to supplying products which meet or exceed our customers' expectations. We pursue zero defect and on-time delivery. Our goal is to perform our sales, service and manufacturing operations right the first time every time.

Our Quality Control Department oversees our commitment to verify that Jinsheng has built quality into everything we manufacture. We provide material certifications, level II PPAP's, first article inspection forms, SPC documentation or any custom quality documents you require.

We utilize statistical process control on every production order. This, coupled with our documented procedures, ensures that all of our springs meet the statistical, dimensional and quality characteristics as prescribed by you.
